	experienced project manager (PM) will work closely with the client to analyze and understand requirements. Requirements analysis can be conducted locally at the client site or jointly in conjunction with our India offices using collaborative tools like phone, audio/video-conferences, and chat for interactive exchange of information. The PM will then develop a detailed project plan, and define roles and responsibilities for the Emergent team. The PM will also beresponsible for performance metrics, issue resolution, quality control, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
	An India-based technical project manager and team of skilled professionals will execute the project at our development facility in Bangalore. A 24*7 networked environment and modern telecommunication facilities ensure constant interaction between the client, Emergent’s local project manager, and the development team.
